Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of you placing your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.  Orders are shipped using DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket depending on your location and the fastest available service. The typical delivery timeframe is between 10 to 15 business days, however, you may receive your items earlier. Delivery timeframes for international orders are from 15 to 25 business days. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track your order every step of the way. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control due to customs or postal delays. Anticipate a longer delivery timeframe for the acrylic products or handmade products as they are made-to-order. The delivery timeframe for these products are typically 15-20 business days from the order date to the delivery date.
