Please inspect your order upon delivery and check for missing, damaged and defective items.  To start a return for any issues with your order, send an email to support@regalpetboutique.com along with a proof of purchase and photos or a video detailing the damages/defects. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@regalpetboutique.com.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. No returns or exchanges can be accepted for merchandise that was custom produced, including custom size, custom color, custom printed, or custom built items. Acrylic products are not eligible for return unless damaged. 

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is missing, defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal grooming products/grooming tools (such as brushes, combs, hair clippers). We also do not accept returns for pet apparel and swim gear (life jackets).  Lastly, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. All items that are exchanged must be unused and in the original packaging. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method minus a shipping and handling fee. It can take between 7 - 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. All item(s) sold with a quantity discount and returned may be charged at the original sale price if the item(s) purchased fail to qualify for the quantity discount.
